He is the Founder and Lead Consultant at ClearTax Consultancy, a firm specializing in tax advisory, business registration and restructuring, tax dispute resolution, and digital business automation for clients across diverse sectors.

Before founding ClearTax Consultancy, Wachira served as a Finance Manager at a large multinational firm, where he led financial operations, strengthened compliance frameworks, and streamlined processes across multiple departments. This corporate experience provided him with deep insight into complex business dynamics and cross-border tax challenges.

In addition to his consulting practice, Mr. Wachira is a passionate trainer and a sought-after speaker, where he regularly educates businesses, groups, professionals, and entrepreneurs on money management, tax efficiency, business structuring, and the evolving crypto sector.
